- Understand Corporate Functions and their strategic priorities; actively contribute to decision-making.
- Collaborate with global leaders and P&O Business Partners across Corporate Functions.
- Advise on relevant P&O programs, policies, and processes aligned with business strategy.
- Identify and lead change management initiatives.
- Develop and communicate the local People Strategy, translating it into actionable P&O goals.
- Partner with function leadership to drive performance, build capability, and coach leaders for effectiveness.
- Support cultural transformation in alignment with company strategy.
- Lead key people processes including Talent Acquisition, Job Levelling, Merit, Recognition, Succession Planning, Leadership Development, and Learning.
- Participate in strategic meetings, workshops, and offsites to drive people initiatives.
- Represent local functional needs within the broader P&O organization.
- Connect functions with P&O experts to co-create or leverage existing solutions.
- Considerable experience in People & Organization in P&O Business Partnering.
- You have the experience of working with Senior Stakeholders and have an independent view while advising and partnering with them.
- You have great interpersonal skills, assertiveness, emotional maturity, resilience and can work collaboratively amongst diverse teams.
