  • Owning the end-to-end design and IT implementation of export control and customs processes using SAP GTS (S/4HANA), ensuring compliance, efficiency, and business alignment.
  • Delivering SAP GTS implementation, migration, and support projects for global clients across diverse industries.
  • Architecting and designing tailored SAP GTS solutions, aligned with enterprise trade compliance and customs requirements.
  • Integrating SAP GTS with core internal SAP systems, including Master Data and S/4HANA modules such as FI, SD, MM, EWM, and TM.
  • Enabling seamless collaboration with external systems, including customs authorities, brokers, content providers, and middleware platforms (e.g., Seeburger BIS).
  • Providing expert consulting on customs management, export control, and international trade compliance, supporting business-critical decisions.
  • Leading client workshops, including requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution blueprinting, and build validation.
  • Mentoring and guiding external consultants and developers, contributing to solution quality and team capability building.
  • Collaborating in cross-functional and multicultural global delivery teams, supporting large-scale, international SAP programs.
You're excited to build on your existing expertise, including:
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP GTS (11.0 and S/4HANA edition), covering configuration, implementation, enhancements, and support.
  • Deep expertise in end-to-end customs and export control processes, with strong knowledge of international trade regulations and compliance frameworks.
  • A proven track record of delivering SAP GTS implementations for international clients, preferably in manufacturing, automotive, or logistics environments.
  • Good functional understanding of neighboring domains, such as logistics, supply chain management, tax, and finance, including processes like L2C, R2R, and P2P.
  • Strong experience in requirements engineering, IT solution design, and project delivery, combined with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Hands-on ABAP development skills, including reports, enhancements, debugging, and performance optimization within SAP landscapes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, enabling you to address complex compliance and integration challenges.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate teams and stakeholders across locations.
  • Advanced English proficiency, enabling effective communication with global clients and partners.
  • An agile and collaborative mindset, with the ability to thrive in cross-functional and international team settings.
