Operation and maintenance of LTPCC-Unit-II. • Attending preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance of Unit-II internal machines electrical systems. • Failure analysis of systems, corrective and preventive action (CAPA). Responsibilities: • Execution of preventive maintenance as per checklist and employing good engineering practice. • Identifying probable causes of failures while carrying out preventive maintenance and planning of corrective action. • Coordination and lead role in events of firefighting, evacuation and On-site and Off-site emergencies in concern with EHS manager • Coordinating implementation of energy conservation programmers. Boosting team to come up with ideas for the savings aspects. • Operation and maintenance of LT transformers and LTPCC in CPL. • Troubleshooting of electrical machines • Preventive maintenance of electrical distribution systems and UPS. • Coordinating safety in day to day working in manufacturing facility and utilities.
