- 7-9 years of professional experience in full stack development, with significant hands-on expertise in React and Node.js.
- Deep understanding of system architecture, and agile development methodologies.
- Experience leading engineering teams, providing mentorship, technical guidance, and performance feedback.
- Strong collaboration skills working with cross-functional project teams.
- Working knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL) and RESTful APIs
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to deliver scalable, maintainable, and high-performance applications in production environments.
- Prior experience working in healthcare domain is highly desirable.
- Experience with DevOps tools (CI/CD pipelines, Docker, cloud platforms) is a plus.
- Exposure to UI/UX design principles.
