OverviewWe are looking for a strategic and driven Integrated Media Planning professional to lead end-to-end media strategy across key client portfolios. This role will focus on delivering impactful, insight-led campaigns across digital and offline channels, while managing senior stakeholder relationships and leading a high-performing team.
ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning & Execution
  • Lead end-to-end integrated media planning across Digital and Offline channels
  • Develop insight-led strategies aligned with client business objectives
  • Drive innovative, data-driven approaches to media planning
Client Leadership
  • Manage senior client stakeholders and lead strategic conversations
  • Act as a trusted advisor, delivering thought leadership and actionable insights
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention
Team Management
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing planning team
  • Drive quality, consistency, and excellence in planning outputs
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous learning
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with investment, digital, analytics, and content teams
  • Ensure seamless integration across channels and capabilities
  • Align planning strategies with execution and performance teams
Performance & Growth
  • Drive campaign performance, optimization, and ROI delivery
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and business growth
  • Support new business pitches and strategic initiatives
Qualifications
  • 7–9 years of experience in media planning (agency experience preferred)
  • Strong expertise in integrated media strategy (Digital + Offline)
  • Proven experience managing large clients and budgets
  • Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Hands-on experience with tools like BARC, YUMI, GWI, ComScore
