OverviewWe are looking for a strategic and driven Integrated Media Planning professional to lead end-to-end media strategy across key client portfolios. This role will focus on delivering impactful, insight-led campaigns across digital and offline channels, while managing senior stakeholder relationships and leading a high-performing team.
ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning & Execution
- Lead end-to-end integrated media planning across Digital and Offline channels
- Develop insight-led strategies aligned with client business objectives
- Drive innovative, data-driven approaches to media planning
- Manage senior client stakeholders and lead strategic conversations
- Act as a trusted advisor, delivering thought leadership and actionable insights
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing planning team
- Drive quality, consistency, and excellence in planning outputs
- Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous learning
- Work closely with investment, digital, analytics, and content teams
- Ensure seamless integration across channels and capabilities
- Align planning strategies with execution and performance teams
- Drive campaign performance, optimization, and ROI delivery
- Identify opportunities for innovation and business growth
- Support new business pitches and strategic initiatives
- 7–9 years of experience in media planning (agency experience preferred)
- Strong expertise in integrated media strategy (Digital + Offline)
- Proven experience managing large clients and budgets
- Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
- Hands-on experience with tools like BARC, YUMI, GWI, ComScore
- Strong client retention and satisfaction
- Delivery of effective, ROI-driven campaigns
- Continuous team growth and capability building
