Responsibilities:

Purchase Requisition (PR) Review
Strategic Sourcing for Capex & Services
Contract Preparation and Order Placement
Procurement through Rate Contracts
Based on approved NFA, prepare, review and issue rate contracts;
Prepare master outline agreement (OA) in ERP system based on rate contract;
Prepare PO / SO for procurement under valid rate contract.
Supplier/ Vendor Identification and Onboarding
Supplier/ Vendor Performance Management
Supplier/ Vendor Engagement
Data management and Analytics

Qualifications:

B.E./B. Tech. in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil from reputed institution. Having MBA degree will have an added advantage.
3 - 6 years of experience in supply chain management, procurement and related area in Alumina/Aluminium/Copper/Zinc/Steel or related area.
Hands-on experience in executing contracts and entering into commercial transactions for Capital Goods of medium/large size projects, estimation and cost Engineering;
Experience in working with eProcurement systems and tools (SAP, Ariba or any other procurement management tool, reverse auctions, etc.).
Demonstrate methodical and precise approach towards commercial and contractual execution;
Knowledge of the overall purchasing process, strategic sourcing and procurement related systems and supplier relationship management.
Basis the type of Category/ Categories, knowledge and experience of Electrical/ Mechanical/ Civil procurement may be required."
