- Client Prospecting:
- Search for new clients within the designated region who can benefit from our solar products and services.
- Visit potential clients to understand their requirements and assess their suitability as a client.
- Relationship Management:
- Establish new client relationships and maintain existing ones.
- Interpret and manage customer requirements, providing tailored solutions.
- Product Knowledge:
- Understand the complete range of DIMAN Solar products and services.
- Persuade clients that our offerings best satisfy their needs.
- Sales Process:
- Calculate client quotations based on their specific requirements.
- Negotiate and close sales by agreeing on terms and conditions.
- Offer after-sales support and assistance to clients.
- Sales Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze costs and sales data to assess profitability.
- Prepare detailed sales reports to provide insights and recommendations.
- Sales Targets:
- Set and meet regular sales targets to drive revenue growth.
- Continuously strive to exceed targets and contribute to the company's success.
- Client Data Management:
- Record and maintain accurate client contact data and information.
- Utilize a CRM system to keep track of client interactions and requirements.
- Problem Solving and Custom Solutions:
- Collaborate with clients to solve any issues or challenges they may encounter.
- Assist in the design of custom-made solar solutions that meet unique client needs.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience of at least 2-3 years in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the solar EPC industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the solar EPC industry, market dynamics, and key players.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
