Job Description :Job Title: Service advisorRoles and ResponsibilitiesKey ResponsibilitiesCustomer Interaction & Service BookingGreet customers and schedule service appointments.Understand customer concerns and vehicle issues.Explain service requirements, repair options, and costs.Job Card Preparation & CoordinationPrepare accurate job cards/work orders.Communicate repair/maintenance needs to workshop technicians.Ensure correct allocation of jobs to mechanics.Advising & UpsellingRecommend additional services or preventive maintenance.Upsell value-added services, accessories, and extended warranties.Workshop CommunicationAct as a bridge between the customer and workshop team.Track job progress and keep customers informed.Ensure timely completion of service/repair.Cost Estimation & ApprovalProvide accurate repair estimates.Obtain customer approval before carrying out additional work.Quality Check & Vehicle DeliveryInspect serviced vehicles before handover.Explain work done, costs, and warranty coverage to the customer.Ensure smooth and timely delivery of vehicles.Customer Relationship ManagementHandle customer complaints and resolve issues.Follow up with customers post-service for feedback.Maintain long-term relationships to build loyalty.Documentation & ComplianceMaintain service records and job documentation.Ensure compliance with manufacturer and company standards.Skills RequiredStrong communication & interpersonal skills.Technical knowledge of automobiles.Problem-solving & conflict resolution skills.Customer service orientation.Sales and upselling ability.Time management & multitasking.RequirementsExp req- Min 2 years as a Service advisor in automobile industryBenefitsSalary- 25-30k CTC per month
