- Bachelor’s degree / master’s in business administration (MBA/ PGDM
- Strong client-facing communication and inter-personal skills, with the ability to explain product functionality, technical design and limitations to various levels of prospect/ customer’s organization right from CXO level to Business SMEs, Program Managers and IT Teams
- Strong sales orientation with a consulting mindset
- Minimum of 7 years of strong Pre-sales or Solution Engineering experience in Enterprise Asset Management or Supply Chain
- At-least 3+ years of relevant experience in CMMS Platforms like SAP PM, IBM Maximo etc. as a solution engineer/ functional expert
- Attention to detail, plus analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to travel 25%
- Assist the sales personnel in the qualification of Enterprise customer needs and performing pre-demo needs analysis
- Demonstrations of the product, both standard and tailored to prospects and existing customers, both onsite and via web conference
- Capture prospect/customer requirements and work with sales to write solution proposals detailing how Innovapptive’s solutions will address business needs
- Create necessary documentation, presentations, and product demonstrations to teach clients about Innovapptive’s product functionality and its value proposition
- Participation in one or more strategic account pursuits either in support or as a lead.
- Provide mentoring and training to peers and other colleagues in the organization.
- Scoping and delivering Proof of Concept/Pilot engagements with prospects
- Responding to Request for Information/Proposal documents
- Supporting Marketing events – user conferences, trade shows, webinars etc.
- Staying current on competitive analyses and understanding differentiators between the company and its competitors
- In conjunction with Sales Personnel and Professional Services, conduct transition briefing - communicate commitments, expectations etc. in preparation for deployment
- Act as the Innovapptive’s subject matter expert at Executive briefings/marketing events
- Understand sales process as it relates to Innovapptive’s overall strategies and objectives
