Build dashboards and automated reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio to track KPIs (traffic, conversion, AOV, churn, repeat purchase rate, etc.).
Analyze customer behavior, product performance, pricing trends, and marketing ROI.
Support A/B testing, personalization strategies, and campaign performance tracking.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Operations, Tech) to provide insights that improve decision-making.
Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and retention strategies using predictive analytics.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across all reporting systems.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably within an eCommerce or digital business environment.
Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Google Data Studio).
Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, and digital marketing data sources (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
Understanding of eCommerce metrics (conversion funnel, CAC, LTV, retention, basket analysis).
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into business recommendations.
Familiarity with Python/R for data analysis and predictive modeling is a plus.Preferred SkillsExperience with Shopify/Magento APIs or data integration tools (Fivetran, Stitch, etc.).
Exposure to ETL pipelines, big data tools, or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Knowledge of customer segmentation, cohort analysis, and recommendation systems.
