- The Sales Team at Velotio is responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, creating a good network of contacts and leading them to becoming Velotio customers. As a Business Development Manager, your responsibilities include:
- Selling software & services solutions in the Product Software Engineering Space (Full-stack product engineering, DevOps & Cloud, Data Engineering & ML, Mobility, UI/UX)
- Generating new target prospects through outbound activities – cold emails, networking, and referrals.
- Participating in the full sales cycle – outreach, preparing proposals, negotiations and successful closure of deals.
- Nurture your prospects and accounts by creating long-term, value-based relationships.
- Facilitate and deliver early-stage discussions/pitches, developing them into meaningful opportunities.
- Working closely with internal teams and assisting them in business opportunities to ensure everything is coordinated internally for the accounts.
- Close cooperation with other members of the Sales Team on a daily basis and other company departments (including: Marketing, Recruitment, Senior Leadership, Delivery).
- Ensure pipeline quality and quantity in CRM. (Pipedrive, Salesforce etc.)
- Daily use of professional tools that will help you gather accurate information about the client (e.g. Linkedin Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, Snov)
- 3+ years experience in a business development manager role working for a software company(IT Consulting, Product Engineering, Design Studio, etc.).
- Experience in dealing with International customers (US, Europe) is a must.
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset, you are proactive and service oriented
- Experience in leading a team of BDEs
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English. Flawless communication skills – ability to provide clear, concise and insightful information especially in writing.
- Being goal and action-oriented – tracking results and actively experimenting with different solutions.
- Experience in working with CRMs, Linkedin and Google Suite tools.
