- Plant Maintenance
- Lead preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of all plant equipment.
- Ensure minimum downtime and high equipment reliability.
- Implement maintenance planning systems and best practices.
- Utilities Management
- Manage plant utilities such as boilers, compressors, chillers, HVAC, electrical systems, and water treatment.
- Ensure efficient energy utilization and uninterrupted utility supply.
- Engineering Projects
- Plan and execute CAPEX projects, plant expansion, new equipment installation, and process improvements.
- Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and contractors.
- Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
- Drive safety culture and engineering risk management.
- Reliability & Continuous Improvement
- Implement TPM, Lean, Six Sigma, and reliability improvement programs.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring failures.
- Budget & Cost Control
- Prepare and control engineering budgets (OPEX & CAPEX).
- Optimize maintenance cost and spare parts inventory.
- Team Leadership
- Lead a team of engineers, supervisors, and technicians.
- Develop team capability through training and performance management.
