• Handle all travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation
• Manage the travel desk and ensure availability to assist employees with travel-related inquiries and issues
• Collaborate with travel agencies and vendors to negotiate rates and secure the best deals
• Ensure compliance with company travel policies and guidelines
• Provide support to the Assistant Travel Desk Manager or Travel Desk Manager in implementing travel programs and initiatives
• Maintain accurate records of travel bookings, expenses, and reimbursements
• Assist employees with visa applications, passport renewals, and other travel-related documentation
• Handle any travel-related emergencies or disruptions, and provide alternative solutions as needed
• Stay up to date with travel industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations to improve travel processes
