- Interpret and work with technical drawings, schematics, and instructions
- Execute electrical wiring and assembly tasks independently
- Perform hydraulic system work, including:
- Pipe laying
- Valve connections
- System bleeding
- Ensure precision and leak-proof assembly in crop protection equipment (nozzles, pumps, pipelines)
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
- Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and accuracy
- Degree or certification in any of the following:
- Agricultural & Construction Machinery Mechatronics Technician
- Automotive / Commercial Vehicle Mechatronics Technician
- Industrial Mechatronics Technician
- Mechanical Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in agricultural machinery manufacturing/repair
- Experience with brands like Dammann, Krone, Claas, or Fendt is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of:
- Hydraulics
- Pneumatics
- Electronics
- Ability to understand mechanical systems and component interaction
- Hands-on expertise with tools and equipment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Mandatory German language proficiency:
- Minimum A2 certified
- B1 level (certified) preferred for employment
