Provisional and Original Degree) Job Description:: SKILL SET : : SQL QM - Technology Support IMPORTANT NOTE :: For all the skillsets (2+ Years) of project experience is mandatory (Excluding Bench & Training & Internships). Roles & Responsibilities: Configure, customize, and maintain SAP QM modules (e.g., Inspection Plans, Quality Certificates, CAPA) Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through SAP QM functionality Develop and implement quality control procedures and inspection plans Manage and conduct audits and inspections Analyze quality data and identify trends and root causes of non-conformance Develop and implement corrective and preventive action (CAPA) plans Train and support users on SAP QM functionality Stay up-to-date on the latest SAP QM developments and best practices Participate in cross-functional projects related to quality management Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on quality-related matters Qualifications & Desired Skills: 2+ years of experience working with SAP QM in a professional setting Proven experience in quality management principles Excellent understanding of quality control and inspection processes Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in MS Office Suite Knowledge of industry-specific quality regulations Experience with data analysis tools Project management experience Strong writing and presentation skills Pointers to note: Please do not carry laptops/cameras to the venue as these will not be allowed due to security restrictions.
