- Primary Responsibility:
- Design and implement training programs for new hires and existing staff across insurance processes (underwriting, claims, policy servicing, etc.).
- Develop annual training calendars aligned with business goals and compliance requirements.
- Create and update training materials, SOPs, e-learning modules, and assessments.
- Ensure content reflects current regulatory guidelines (e.g., IRDAI), product updates, and process changes.
- Conduct classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions.
- Use interactive and adult learning techniques to enhance engagement and retention.
- Assess training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Identify skill gaps and recommend targeted interventions.
- Ensure all employees complete mandatory compliance and certification programs.
- Maintain training records and audit readiness documentation.
- Work closely with operations, quality, HR, and product teams to align training with business needs.
- Support client onboarding and process transitions with tailored training plans.
- Leverage LMS platforms and digital tools for training delivery and tracking.
- Explore gamification, microlearning, and AI-based learning solutions.
- Insurance Domain Expertise (Life, Health, Motor, etc.)

- Project Management & Stakeholder Engagement
- Familiarity with LMS & E-learning Tools
- Adaptability to Process Changes & Regulatory Updates
- Graduate /MBA and Certified trainer
- Insurance/Reinsurance certifications preferred
- Must be from Insurance & accounting background
- 5+ years of experience in a Training and supervisory role in an insurance process
- 6-9 years prior experience in In(Reinsurance) preferable
