Manager Solutioning

• Process assessments (Due diligence), Process Mapping, solution design, RFP/RFI responses. Experience in Payroll management would be preferred.
• Designing the solution as per the client / process requirements.
• Ensuring the solution proposed is in line with organizational capabilities and deliverables.
• Product demos with consultative & consulting approach.
• Co-ordination with multiple Teams and Stakeholders.
• Supporting Sales, Presales for the domain, Coordinating and analyzing the bid management process, RFPs / RFIs as per the desired /targeted project/opportunities and strategy.
• Understanding of system capabilities and application platforms. Knowledge of benefits business, including products and services, operations and delivery.
• Capable of initiating new solutions and finalizing it incoordination with the Clients and internal stakeholders.

• Experience of managing large customers / complex solutions.
• Should be able to interpret requirement from customer to design relevant solutions. Experience of managing large customers / complex solutions.
• Preferred to have experience HR Domain and understand concepts of Payroll, Compliances, Shared Services, Core HR subjects etc.
• Preferred to have experience in HR Related process improvements, transformational projects.
• Preferred to have experience in HR Tools/technologies.
• Should be open to travel.
