Lead civil procurement including tendering, vendor management, and cost analysis. Work with internal teams to ensure timely execution and cost control.
  • Lead end-to-end civil procurement including tendering, vendor evaluation, negotiation, and work order issuance
  • Manage procurement for civil, finishing, façade, and asset upgradation packages across projects
  • Conduct detailed BOQ analysis, validate pricing, and ensure cost optimization
  • Work closely with internal teams (projects, design, operations) to ensure timely execution
  • Drive vendor management, audits, compliance, and reporting across procurement processes
