- Synthesize information from multiple sources to produce concise, accurate summaries highlighting key messages, implications, and recommended actions.
- Develop high-quality PowerPoint presentations with strong structure, visual hierarchy, and clear “so-what” insights for leadership.
- Create threat briefs, executive digests, analyst notes, flash reports, and incident summaries with consistent structure (context, what happened, why it matters, actions).
- Apply strong editorial judgment to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency across all published intelligence products.
- Convert raw metrics and analytical outputs into executive-ready visuals, including KPIs, trend analyses, and progress summaries.
- Design and use simple diagrams, icons, and visual process flows to explain security concepts without unnecessary technical depth.
- Collaborate closely with SMEs by conducting interviews, asking targeted follow-up questions, and turning inputs into polished, publishable content.
- Ensure high attention to detail through fact-checking, consistent terminology, proper citations/links, and version control.
- Maintain consistency across recurring publications in tone, structure, and branding.
- Develop and maintain reusable templates and content standards for recurring intelligence deliverables.
- Incorporate feedback efficiently while meeting tight timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Handle sensitive threat intelligence topics with discretion, adhering to information handling and distribution controls.
