Brief Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Proposal Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design and preparation of Low Tension (LT) and High Tension (HT) panels, including the creation of Bill of Materials (BOM), General Arrangement (GA) drawings, Single Line Diagrams (SLD), and detailed cost estimations. Additionally, knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) will be considered a significant advantage.Job Location :- Ahmedabad (Work from Office )Job RequirementsKey Responsibilities:LT Panel Design: Design and develop LT panels based on client requirements and industry standards. Create accurate and detailed General Arrangement (GA) drawings. Develop comprehensive Single Line Diagrams (SLD) for various projects. Prepare precise and detailed Bill of Materials (BOM) for projects.
Estimation: Perform cost estimation for LT panel projects, ensuring all components and labour costs are accurately accounted for. Prepare and submit detailed project proposals and quotations to clients.
Technical Support: Provide technical support to the sales team during the pre-sales phase. Collaborate with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Documentation: Maintain and update project documentation, including design specifications, calculations, and reports. Ensure all designs and proposals comply with relevant industry standards and regulations.
Project Coordination: Coordinate with various internal teams, including engineering, procurement, and manufacturing, to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met. Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and contractors to ensure successful project execution.Note :- Having exposure working with HT panel design would be an advantageQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in LT panel design, including BOM, GA, SLD preparation, and estimation.
Strong knowledge of electrical design principles and standards.
Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design software.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
