- Manage visa applications and documentation for corporate clients traveling internationally, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all requirements.
- Liaise with embassy and consular services to ensure timely processing of visa applications.
- Handle client queries related to visa processing, documentation, and travel requirements with a focus on corporate needs.
- Assist clients in managing their corporate travel plans by booking air travel, hotel accommodations, and other travel-related services.
- Monitor and ensure all travel documents (visa, passport, and other requirements) are in place for clients, minimizing any risks or delays.
- Provide guidance and support to clients on visa-related requirements, regulations, and other travel policies.
- Coordinate with internal teams (such as operations and finance) to ensure the smooth delivery of services and compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate with the management team to ensure that all visa-related processes align with company policies and customer expectations.
- Stay updated on the latest travel trends, visa regulations, and industry best practices to continually improve customer experience and compliance.
- Assist in resolving issues related to travel disruptions and visa rejections, working closely with clients and the relevant authorities.
- 3-5 years of experience in the travel industry, specifically in managing corporate clients and visa-related services.
- Strong visa processing knowledge for both domestic and international travel.
- Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) for travel bookings and visa management.
- Excellent communication skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations while maintaining attention to detail and delivering excellent customer service.
- Strong understanding of corporate travel requirements, travel documentation, and visa regulations for various global destinations.
- A problem-solving attitude with a focus on delivering solutions to clients.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
