  • This is an IC, field sales role where the candidate will be responsible for bringing in new business
  • This is a five-day WFO opportunity based out of Bangalore ( Indiranagar)
  • Develop business plans, which align to the assigned geographic and business objectives.
  • Establish strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, leveraging these relationships to drive sales growth.
  • Generating new leads by cold calling, referrals, events, emails, networking, and more
  • Proactively identify and contact prospects to develop, and maintain an accurate and substantial new/high-quality business pipeline, that is aligned to the client objectives
  • Hunting - New logos
  • Forecasting and achieving/exceeding targets quarterly and annual sales targets for the assigned domain/vertical.
  • Understand and work in all aspects of the sales cycle, including qualifying, presentations, demonstrations, RFP responses, negotiations, and the closing process.
Candidate should come with experience working in BPOs|Candidate should come with experience selling AI ML solutions
  • 8+ years of experience in IT Services sales
  • Experience working in a BPO in the current or past stints is a must
  • Candidate should come with experience selling AI- ML solutions
  • Good knowledge of the industry stakeholders
  • Open to work as an IC
  • Excellent communication skills and open to WFO model
