- This is an IC, field sales role where the candidate will be responsible for bringing in new business
- This is a five-day WFO opportunity based out of Bangalore ( Indiranagar)
- Develop business plans, which align to the assigned geographic and business objectives.
- Establish strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, leveraging these relationships to drive sales growth.
- Generating new leads by cold calling, referrals, events, emails, networking, and more
- Proactively identify and contact prospects to develop, and maintain an accurate and substantial new/high-quality business pipeline, that is aligned to the client objectives
- Hunting - New logos
- Forecasting and achieving/exceeding targets quarterly and annual sales targets for the assigned domain/vertical.
- Understand and work in all aspects of the sales cycle, including qualifying, presentations, demonstrations, RFP responses, negotiations, and the closing process.
- 8+ years of experience in IT Services sales
- Experience working in a BPO in the current or past stints is a must
- Candidate should come with experience selling AI- ML solutions
- Good knowledge of the industry stakeholders
- Open to work as an IC
- Excellent communication skills and open to WFO model
