Recruitment Assistant

- Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communication, and general recruitment administration to ensure a smooth end-to-end process
- Support talent sourcing efforts by identifying potential candidates via LinkedIn and job boards
- Conduct initial screening calls and virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability and alignment with role requirements
- This is a hybrid role, working 3 days per week in our Pune office.
- 3 - 4 years’ experience in recruitment coordination or a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively
- Proficiency in using relevant software applications, such as Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and candidates
