And more specifically for the services related to the estimating, detailed design, sourcing, project management, quality insurance and construction of these facilities all over the world.Key responsibilitiesThe IPS department is responsible for offering and implementing projects for H2 Electrolyser Manufacturing plants.The scope of activities begins at the preliminary design stage and ends at the start-up, which coincides with the start of commercial operation of the plant.The role of the Junior Electrical & Automation Engineer-IPS starts with supporting the Senior E&A Engineer with the engineering of plant electrical infrastructure through installation and commissioning. She/He supports the Senior E&A Engineer in writing the request for technical specifications, sizing of the equipment, distributing and defining the scope of services.He/ She should be-

experience in Engineering, Procurement and Commissioning of Electrical Infrastructure of factory, sizing of electrical equipment, Cables, execution of engineering tasks related to design, transformers, AC/DC Convertors, and other required electrical equipment.
Experienced in preparation of following Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering deliverables.
Electrical Load List.
Electrical Interconnection Diagrams
Electrical Equipment Datasheets
Single Line diagram.
System Architecture
Electrical Installation Drawings.
Electrical Equipment Layout
Cable & Conduit Schedule.
Cables and Cable Tray Sizing.
Cable tray Layout
Panel Schedule
Grounding Layout
Lighting Layout & Looping diagrams

Analyze process and define instrumentations requirement for the process automation. Implement instrument detail design on P&ID's.
experienced in Factory Automation and Process Control Systems and implementation of its resource applications, Standards, Specification, Codes & Regulations as per John Cockerill group strategies. Should be aware about international codes & standards like IEC, IEEE, NEC, ANSI, UL, NEMA, IS standard etc.
experienced in comply with all Safety & Environment regulations (Internal & External) and applicable John Cockerill standards.
experienced in collaborate with internal resources, external vendors, and external subcontractors through defined distribution and scope of services.
experienced in working with pre-project engineers, project teams, other specialist engineers, and other stakeholders such as customers and suppliers.

experienced in Execute the basic and detailed design of the utilities based on standards, local regulations, and the defined User Requirements Specifications of a unit operation (safety, quality, affordability, maintainability, and reliability).
experienced in ensure that the engineering side of the project is implemented in accordance with the defined timing, cost, and quality.
experience in elements of the project (including technical people training, as needed) is performed in such a way that safety is always guaranteed on the whole project site and that a vertical start-up is assured. Ensure that John Cockerill standards are applied.
experienced in supporting the preparation and distributing of the engineering project documentation, including the engineering part of the project.
reports directly to the Senior E&A Engineer and will be based in Thane, Maharashtra.

Pre-project phase:He/ She provides support to the pre-project phase according to the defined workload from time to time in execution of the project. He/ She also support the team in

reading the customer specifications
considering local and international regulations and the specific needs arising from them,
support Senior E&A Engineer to basic study documents (Motor list, Instruments list, I/O list, for power and control cables: preliminary lists)
support Senior E&A Engineer to prepare preliminary supplier consultation file
planning for optimum equipment/ facilities to meet the established objectives of the business.

Execution Phase:She/He works with the Senior Utility Engineer & project team and her/his responsibilities in field are as follows:

Implementation as per customer specifications
Considering local regulations and the specific needs arising during the execution,
Follow-up of work with subcontractors, supplier schedule, technical specifications, and clarifications.
Resolve technical problems related to E&A during the execution phase.
Implementation of Industry Best Safety Practices during the execution of the project

Profile

B.E/B.Tech in Electrical / Automation / Electronic Engineer.
3-6 years of experience in the field of E&A- EPC industrial projects.
Working Experience in turnkey projects will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of electrical power distribution and automation drawings and documentation.
Able to take initiatives, to work in a team with multiple interfaces related to various areas of expertise.
Willing to travel abroad for project work on short Notice
Must be ready and accustomed to work with international stakeholders
Experience in Best Industrial Safety Practices during execution of project
The candidate should be well versed with EAI of Plant utilities viz Air compressors, Boilers, DM water, Natural gas storage/handling system and other inline instrumentation of typical manufacturing units.
Fluent in English (strong written, verbal, and proven presentation), French is a plus
