QA/QC Manager-NATM

• Experience working in major Metro projects – Underground especially NATM covering all aspects of Quality management.
• Hands on experience in mix designs for Normal, HPC and awareness of all relevant national / international codes and standards.
• Experience in preparing NATM/UG specific method statement.
• Experience of field tests for concrete, soil etc. materials & documentation.
• Experience in field quality assurance for pier, foundation, piling works, other cast in situ concrete for viaduct & station and precast concrete works.
• Responsible to create awareness on quality at site & ensure implementation of all quality procedures.
• Experience in preparing project activity specific QAP/SOPs and approval with clients.
• Experience implementation of skill training / orientation for field Engineers and frontline supervisors.
• Regular site inspections for site ongoing works, raising internal observations & follow-ups with site team to get the same rectified.
• Daily/Monthly quality reports inputs, statistical analysis of concrete results for CA.
• Networking and interfacing with all functions to ensure effective and well-coordinated actions and timely decisions.
• Enterprising in nature and effective communicator on all functional / project quality related matters.
• Inspections of all incoming materials & implementation of ITP requirements.
