Job Description:Job Summary:We are seeking a Network Security Engineer with proven expertise in configuring and managing firewalls, routers, switches, and security solutions. The role involves maintaining a secure and resilient network infrastructure, implementing security policies, deploying network and firewall devices, managing services, and troubleshooting network issues. The ideal candidate will ensure system reliability, availability, and robust protection against cyber threats.Key Responsibilities:Configure, manage, and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls.Implement and monitor network security policies and firewall rules.Perform network troubleshooting and performance optimization.Configure and manage VPN, NAT, VLAN, and routing protocols.Monitor network traffic and detect security threats or anomalies.Work with security tools and monitoring systems to protect infrastructure.Conduct security audits and vulnerability assessments.Maintain proper network documentation and configuration records.Support incident response and resolve network/security-related issues.Collaborate with respective stake holders to ensure secure system integration and deployment.Skills:Strong experience with Firewall configuration (Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco, etc.)Understanding of key network and security topologies.Hands-on experience with routers and switches , Installation, configuration and testing.Configure, manage & monitoring AP and WLCKnowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, OSPF)Experience with VPN, IPSec, SSL VPNFamiliarity with network monitoring and security toolsUnderstanding of network security concepts and best practicesStrong troubleshooting and analytical skills.About Company:Bahwan CyberTek (BCT) is a global provider of digital transformation solutions.
