The Content Writer stays abreast of current industry standards and techniques to ensure effective content that achieves the organization’s goals. A critical part of the role is a desire to understand the product inside and out. To that end, you will work closely with our product development team and become an expert in our product functionality. You will participate in our agile process, including regular stand-ups and sprint reviews. You will learn every feature from the time of its conception through its release and customer deployment. Qualifications: You have a passion for making customers successful. You are a gifted writer and communicator and have a penchant for making complex topics accessible and engaging. You are constantly scouring the web for new and creative ways to communicate product information.Minimum Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in content writing and strong communication skills
Strong work ethic, initiative, and drive
Interest and ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment
Ability to meet with colleagues in different time zones
Effective writing, strong editing & proofreading skills;

Skills Required:

Candidate should have excellent written and spoken English Skills;
Should be an active team player and should be committed to meet deadlines.
Experience in publishing newsletters and engage users with updated blogs.
Need to have a perfect knowledge of social media platforms, search engine optimization (SEO).

Job Description:

Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics.
Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
Responsible for understanding which formats are ideal for communicating different content types, identify ways to enhance brand awareness, and conduct keyword research.
Proofread contents - Review existing material to determine what is relevant, consistent, redundant, or missing for each target audience.
Creative mind & writing Unique/ Quality Content with no plagiarism
Research and analyze audience need, preferences, objectives, and methods.
Organize writing schedules to complete drafts of content or finished projects within deadlines.
Research information about the project and blog topics by consulting with subject matter experts, engineers, programmers
Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines in the content to increase web traffic
Editing and polishing existing content to improve readability
