Position Summary:Lead Assembly injection (Assembly supervisor), Responsible for injection molding machine assembly, updating and maintaining assembly records, adhere 5s and Safety, improving layouts, Process Audits, Work to improve Jigs and Fixtures, and work for productivity improvement.Work You’ll Do:

Responsible for Work Assignments to Assemblers
Update Daily Assembly Production Plan
Ensure that Cell assemblers adhere to Quality Operating Procedures, Work Instruction & Workmanship Guidelines.
Co-ordinate for availability of parts for assembly
Identify and resolve assembly problems, co-ordinate for corrective actions.
Cell layouts & proper House Keeping.
Issue of the parts and updating in E1 System.
Maintaining the records pertaining to assembly of the unit
Requisition for maintenance of equipment’s, Tools, Fixtures & Instruments
Generate new requirement for Tools, Fixtures & Instruments
Co-ordinate with Industrial Engineering for development & repair of Fixtures
Requisition for calibration of instruments
Consumable Purchase requisition
Log Daily Labor Hours and monitor productivity & efficiency
Ensuring compliance to operational control procedure requirements.

Team:This role will be a part of Assembly DepartmentBasic Qualifications:Diploma/B.E. Mechanical engineer with 5 to 7 Year of experience, knowledge of machine assembly and can handle team of assemblers.Preferred Qualifications:If holding 5s/Six sigma certificate with ERP knowledge will be an added advantage.Who we are:Milacron is a global leader in the manufacture, distribution and service of highly engineered and customized systems within the $27 billion plastic technology and processing industry.
