Job Description:Key Job Responsibilities :- Prepare Annual / Monthly budgets for the project by networking with various functional managers and ensuring its completion within the approved timeline.- Collection of Production & Consumption data from Project/ site & verification of the same to ensure correctness.- Preparation of Periodic Cost Reports & Analysis of variances against budget.- Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure.- Regularly reconcile the Cost data with Financial data as per SAP & enable necessary corrections in the Costing data or the Financial books as per SAP.- Prepare Cost & Consumption Variance Reports & analyse the same with reasons for the same.- Recommend corrective actions to reduce variances through Cost reduction recommendations / Implementation of Systems.- Maintain Cost database Project-wise, Activity-wise & Cost element wise for future reference and reliance.- Analysis of Overheads & Fixed Costs for effective utilization of resources.- Maintaining Cost Records in prescribed formats and Finalization of Cost Audit Report on Annual Basis- Identify the cost drivers for cost reduction & allocation basis for apportionment of costs.- Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information.- Ensure the accurate and timely processing of positive pay transactions.- Ensure the monthly and quarterly Bank Compliance activities are performed in a timely and accurate manner.- Preparation of Cost Benefit Analysis for new initiatives, projects, capital investments.- Deal with direct / indirect tax cases, monthly filing, audits and disputes.- Vetting of Contracts to ensure the interests of the Organisation & compliance to statutory requirements.- Due diligence of new investment proposals as well as existing operations.- Present financial reports to board members, stakeholders, executives, and clients in formal meetings.- The Finance candidate we require should have at least 5 years of experience in Finance & Accounts with fluency in English & Telugu (Must).- Knowledge of Tamil is preferred.Please Note: The application deadline for this job has now passed.Job IntroductionSodexo are currently recruiting for a number of brand new opportunities due to growth in our Corporate Services segment.   • Acting as the operational interface between the client(s) and the Account Manager/Director
  • Managing the onsite client and Sodexo services and teams to deliver the agreed SLA and standards, acting as Sodexo primary representative on site
  • Providing direction and expertise to the operating area by promoting Sodexo strategies and best business practices in order to uphold the company mission and values
  • Assuming responsibility of (with multiple client on site) for contract outputs and management of services against contracted scope of works
  • Ensuring the statutory requirements and company policies and procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Building long-term relationships with client(s) that add value and are based on mutual trust
  • Supporting the Account Manager/Director in the development of the business strategy in line with the current and emerging client needs
  • Driving innovation and continuous improvement of people, systems, processes and services
  • Supporting the business development and regional management teams to identifying opportunities with other clients to maximise profit and growth
