Develop a database of qualified leads through referrals, digital media, canvassing and cold calling. Achieve sales targets by growing business from existing clients through renewal, upselling and cross selling. Consultative Selling : Develop an in-depth understanding of the client's business, their needs and proactively identify opportunities & pitch solutions to support client's requirements using various recruitment solutions. Periodically monitor product performance, usage data and share necessary analytics with relevant stakeholders. Client Service & Engagement : Manage end to end recruitment campaigns and actively engage with the customers by monitoring product delivery, demonstrations and trainings. Closure and Collection : Manage negotiation & collection process including commercials, legal sign-off and timely collections . Stakeholder Communication Act as a liaison between the client & internal teams to exchange feedback and deliver the best client experience Partner with other departments (i.e. Legal, Finance) to ensure process compliance and adherence to guidelines.
