About this Position:Taking charge of planning and overseeing projects, from ideation through to completion. Serving as liaison officer between senior management, regional project team and (local) project executer .Ensuring mitigation of potential risks that could endanger a project's successful completionWhat you'll do :
  • Responsible for brand P&L and developing the overall strategy relating to sales and channel marketing.
  • Develops, tracks, and assesses economic indicators to better forecast business.
  • Monitor, measure and maintain reports on performance to drive sales KPIs and brand awareness on the platforms.
  • Leads digital merchandising projects to enhance business impact of sales force and key account management.
  • Provides data and recommendations to the business teams in decision-making aligning to current market developments / trends.
  • Derives recommendations to support the business in taking strategic decisions with focus on competitor strategies.
  • Collaboration with digital agencies and brand marketing team to enhance conversions, cross-selling, influencer activities, and upselling through various digital channels.
  • Collects and analyzes customer insights to provide relevant customer intelligence to SUs and functions.
  • Critically reviews success of launches, promotions, and activities to ensure continual improvement of brand & targeting.
  • Providing insights into latest consumer shopping trends, competition products and campaigns to identify assortment gaps & selection and plan effective branding strategies.
  • Preparation of various quarterly and annual reports or review presentations on the respective product group's performance for management review.
  • Manages relationships and facilitates projects with third party market research provider

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Expertise in crafting sales strategies aligned to market and customer trends
  • Strong background of digital consumer marketing, along with fair understanding of ecommerce business and relationship building
  • Familiarity with project methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.) and project management tools (MS Project) preferable
  • Understanding of market & customer orientation to drive strategic business development
  • Strong analytic skills to make data-driven decisions & optimize sales strategies
  • Minimum relevant experience - 5+yrs
