- Govern and maintain HR knowledge repositories, ensuring content accuracy, accessibility, and relevance.
- Establish document lifecycle processes, including version control, access rights, change tracking, and content audits.
- Design and optimize SharePoint pages and repository structures to improve usability.
- Lead regular content reviews and refresh initiatives to ensure currency and compliance.
- Collaborate with technical teams to explore and implement content management capabilities within Oracle HCM.
- Manage content migrations and repository enablement projects from planning to implementation.
- Create, edit, and publish knowledge articles to support HRSS agents, HR teams, and employees.
- Ensure content alignment with evolving HR processes, new services, Oracle HCM system enhancements, and policy changes.
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs), HR Business Partners (HRBPs), and Global Process Owners (GPOs) to validate and maintain content.
- Leverage tools such as Oracle Guided Learning (OGL) and Oracle Digital Assistant (DA) to enhance the employee learning experience.
- Use feedback and analytics to continuously optimize article relevance and usability.
- Work with HRSS Delivery Leads to build structured training content, FAQs, and a competency framework.
- Develop resources to help HRSS agents provide accurate Level 1 support.
- Monitor knowledge audit results and track vendor performance against HRSS service expectations.
- Support the development of internal service delivery models through SME content and process documentation.
- Familiarity with HR processes and the hire-to-retire service delivery model.
- Experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud or similar HRIS platforms.
- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to deliver tailored knowledge solutions.
- Analytical ability to use data and metrics for content improvement and decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree with 4-6 years of experience in knowledge management, HR shared services, or HR transformation.
- Proven experience managing content and documentation platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence, Oracle).
- Ability to create clear, structured knowledge assets including SOPs, FAQs, and training documents.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
- Hands-on experience with digital learning tools such as Oracle Guided Learning or AI-based platforms.
- Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to documentation standards.
