Job Overview We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled OPEX professional to join our team at Basik Innovation LLP. As a Senior OPEX, you will be responsible for streamlining and improving our operational processes and procedures to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality. This is a full-time position based in Vapi, Gujarat, India. Qualifications And Skills Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience of 7 to 10 years in operational excellence or process improvement roles. knowledge about Lean Manufacturing. Excellent communication and problem solving Should have knowledge about regulations nd compliances. Should have knowledge about Kaizen/5S/6 Sigma OEE QOS / VSM Roles And Responsibilities Developing and implementing new processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency. Analyzing data to identify operational trends and opportunities for improvement. Coordinating with other departments within the organization to ensure successful implementation of initiatives. Leading projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and reducing costs. Preparing reports on operational performance, including benchmarks against industry standards or best practices. Motivating employees to improve performance by forecasting a culture of continuous improvement Recommendation new equipment purchases to improve efficiency. Establishing standards for other department to follow when processing orders or performing other tasks. Developing new process to streamline operations and improve customer service.
