Electrical Manager (Tunnel)

• Hands on experience in Substation installation for TBMs, Casting yard substation installation, TBM and TBM allied installation.
• Installation and commissioning checks of different electrical and electronics sensors and field devices (transmitters, switches, Gas Analyzers, Gauges, temperature sensors)
• Calibration, loop checking & fault diagnosis of field equipment’s & TBM.
• Responsible for handling and executing Electrical power setup required for TBM running and TBM allied equipment and machineries.
• Has handsome experience in Electrical power supply up to 11 KV and controlled power supply setup.
• Planning for weekly requirement, coordinating with the execution team for understanding and preplanning for the uninterrupted work progress.
• Ensure timely schedule maintenance of machinery and equipment,
• Ensure and cross check the working of all electrical safety parameters and checks.
• Coordinating with Execution team and clients for queries and any specific process/technical requirements and addressing the same in consultation with engineering/vendor.
• Ensuring proper maintenance of the machines to avoid frequent breakdowns.
• Managing the manpower deployment and working on to reduce the maintenance cost of the machineries and spare parts required.
