  • Generate monthly, quarterly bills & should have sound knowledge of billing process.
  • Monitor billing volumes & unbilled accounts and ensure the open items are getting completed
  • Planning and executing the work assignments during other team member vacations
  • Good to have knowledge of cash applications and process
  • Research billing queries and the material variances to bill compare reports (SOX guidelines)
  • Monitor error tracking, discuss with team and document Root cause Analysis and lay out preventive measures.
  • Maintain and distribute productivity and accuracy details/metrics to superior and team on regular basis
  • Capable enough to handle month-end closure activities within cash and billing processes including generating the aged receivables report
Responsibilities:
  • You will be responsible for end to end billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • You will be responsible for managing invoicing cycles, reconciliations and adjustments
  • Adhering to SOX and Internal Controls of the Process and Organization
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to streamline processes.
  • Identify gaps in billing Workflows and implement Efficiency measures
  • Candidate should possess E2E AR knowledge
The Experience You Bring:
  • 6-8 Years of Experience in Accounts Receivable
  • Must have strong accounting and financial principles
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Achieve excellence through strong execution
  • Ability to work well under pressure, handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Demonstrate collaboration and teamwork
