Department: Brand & MarketingJob SummaryAs the Senior Manager, B2B Brand Strategy & Communications at Blue Machines AI, you will build enterprise trust and category mindshare. You will position Blue Machines as reliable, innovation-first, and high-quality. You will own the end-to-end content and distribution engine across documentaries, client case studies, industry reports, thought leadership, and founder communications. This role is accountable for brand search lift, inbound quality, and consistent demand generation through narrative compounding.Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Strategy and Category Positioning
- Define and evolve Blue Machines’ enterprise brand narrative: reliability, quality, and innovation leadership.
- Build a clear positioning architecture (category POV, differentiators, proof points, use cases, value pillars).
- Ensure consistent storytelling across every external touchpoint (site, decks, reports, social, PR, events).
- Build and run the end-to-end content engine: ideation, research, production, approvals, packaging, distribution, and measurement.
- Create a content calendar mapped to GTM priorities, enterprise buyer pain points, and category moments.
- Establish repeatable systems for quality, speed, and consistency (briefs, templates, review loops).
- Lead production of premium client stories: case studies, mini-documentaries, implementation stories, and results narratives.
- Partner with Sales, CS, and Product to identify high-signal customers and extract credible proof.
- Own story structure, messaging, creative direction, and distribution plan for each asset.
- Produce high-signal industry reports that shape the Voice AI conversation (benchmarks, adoption trends, buyer insights).
- Turn internal data and market signals into credible, referenceable assets.
- Build a consistent thought leadership cadence across LinkedIn, long-form, and earned channels.
- Turn leadership insights into category-defining narratives, founder posts, keynotes, and opinion pieces.
- Build the founder communications cadence and editorial system.
- Create narrative compounding where each leadership message reinforces brand trust over time.
- Build a community of Voice AI evangelists: practitioners, builders, operators, and enterprise champions.
- Develop comms loops with partners, customers, and industry voices to expand credibility and reach.
- Support selective PR and event moments with strong messaging and story packaging.
- Track outcomes: brand search lift, inbound quality, engagement depth, and content contribution to demand.
- Build dashboards and feedback loops (channel performance, content resonance, inbound signals, attribution proxies).
- Run quarterly retros and continuously improve the engine based on signal, not vanity metrics.
- Improve perceived brand reliability and quality across all public touchpoints.
- Increase adoption of proof-led storytelling (customer outcomes, credibility markers, clear claims).
- Increase branded search and improve visibility across priority Voice AI topics.
- Improve share of voice through consistent, high-quality publishing and distribution.
- Improve inbound lead quality via sharper positioning, stronger proof, and high-intent assets.
- Support consistent demand generation through campaigns, landing narratives, and conversion-ready content.
- Ship a steady pipeline of premium assets (case studies, documentaries, reports, founder narratives).
- Maintain a high editorial bar with clear briefs, tight storytelling, and strong packaging.
- Establish a repeatable founder communications system with consistent cadence and tone.
- Build a coherent category narrative over time where every piece strengthens the next.
- Improve distribution efficiency across LinkedIn, web, email, partners, and communities.
- Increase content shelf-life through repurposing systems (clips, quotes, takeaways, threads).
- 5 to 8 years in B2B brand strategy, communications, content marketing, or category marketing (tech/SaaS preferred).
- Proven track record of building brand credibility and driving measurable business impact (search lift, inbound quality, demand contribution).
- Experience creating executive/founder communications and high-quality customer proof assets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong positioning and messaging: ability to simplify complex products into compelling narratives.
- Editorial leadership: briefs, storytelling, quality control, and production management.
- Distribution-first mindset with comfort in measurement and optimization.
- Strong stakeholder management with Sales, Product, Leadership, and external partners.
- High craft bar for premium, enterprise-ready comms and content.
