Job Title: Senior Bench Sales Recruiter (Need 6+ years of Experience Only!!!) Location: Onsite Shift Timings: Monday - Friday 6:30 pm - 3:30 am IST (Daylight Start), 7:30 pm - 4:30 am (Daylight Stop). Week Off and Holidays: Fixed week off on Saturday and Sunday, only US holidays. Office Address : Banjara Hills. **Only submit your application if you feel comfortable working in a start-up environment** Responsibilities: Ability to lead and manage the team. Market our Bench Consultants who are eligible for H1 Transfer/OPT/CPT/F1/L1, GC & US Citizenship. Develop new relationships with top-tier vendors/clients. Understand and format consultant resumes as necessary. Search job boards for requirements and submit resumes accordingly. Communicate with consultants daily and provide updates on submissions and interviews. Utilize own database to submit resumes to contacts. Schedule interviews with top-tier vendors or end clients. Follow up with candidates and clients at each stage and ultimately close the candidate. Possess strong knowledge of US recruitment cycles, terminology, and staffing processes (e.g., tax terms, employment status, time zones, W2/1099/Corp-to-Corp/H1 transfers). Proficiently use various job boards, such as Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google, and free job sites, to find requirements. Perform active and passive searches to source candidates. Demonstrate a clear understanding of contracts, such as NCA/ NDA/ Addendum/ Memorandum. Manage the complete cycle of Bench sales. Possess excellent verbal and oral communication skills in English. Be knowledgeable about dealing with candidates with H1B, OPT/CPT, TN, EAD, GC, US Citizenship on W2, Corp-Corp, and 1099 contract bases. Negotiate rates with vendors/clients. Inform consultants about vendor calls and end-client interview schedules. Notify the entire team about client submissions to avoid duplications. Track submissions and make regular follow-ups. Prepare consultants for end-client interviews. Requirements: 6+ years of experience in bench sales recruitment within the IT staffing industry. Ability to lead and manage the team. Proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting IT talent for contract and permanent positions. Strong understanding of the IT job market and recruitment trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field. Knowledge of visa classification Terms, Rules & Policies H1B, OPT, Stem OPT, H4 EAD and TN Visa.
