Technical Associate - Compression

Operate various tablet compression machines (e.g., Fette, Korsch, Cadmach, Sejong, etc.) as per approved e-BMRs and SOPs.
Set up machines by installing tooling, adjusting machine settings (e.g., speed, pressure, weight), and ensuring proper alignment.
Monitor the compression process, adjusting parameters to maintain tablet quality, weight, hardness, thickness, and appearance.
Perform in-process checks and document results, ensuring tablets meet all quality specifications.
Record all production-related activities accurately in batch records, e-logbooks, and other documents.
Clean and dismantle machines before and after production runs, following cleaning SOPs and ensuring line clearance.
Coordinate with QA/QC for sampling, line clearance, and in-process testing approvals.
Identify equipment malfunctions or process deviations and report them promptly to the supervisor or engineering team.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the compression area according to GMP requirements.
Participate in training sessions and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure proper usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow all safety protocols
