Description of essential functions1 Stores Acquisition/ Off boarding of Stores2 Follow up on Cash submission/reconciliation from Stores3 Conducting Store audits4 Relationship Management with acquired/allotted stores5 Daily field visit to the stores/quantify allocation of packets on daily basis6 Training and Coaching stores Associates7 Develop relationships and drive stores against operational goals8 Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reports of Store performance10 Ability to understand performance metrics and work towards the goals11 Drive engagement with stores12 Availability to work on flexible shifts13 Expected store visit frequency will be a Ratio of 1:130. The ratio of stores & store visits shallincrease depending on the necessity.14 Initiate signup process of new stores and initiate the BGV of new stores15 Handling grievance related to stores on day to day basis16 Coordinate with different stake holder for incident management
