The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FTTH (Fiber to the Home) technology, telecommunications, and customer support, along with proven team management and leadership skills.Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of technical engineers and support staff.
Ensure efficient operations of FTTH networks and customer support systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.
Supervise field operations, maintenance, and fault resolution.
Maintain high standards of network performance and customer satisfaction.
Train and mentor team members to enhance technical skills and service quality.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of FTTH, networking, and telecom infrastructure
Expertise in technical troubleshooting and customer support
Hands-on experience in network configuration and diagnostics
Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam
Strong leadership, planning, and team management abilities

Qualifications:

B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) preferably with MBA
CCNA, CCNP, or similar network-related certifications (preferred)
Minimum 7 years of relevant industry experience
Proficiency in Languages: Malayalam,Hindi,Kannada,Telugu & other Indian Languages
