Job descriptionJob Summary:We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Manager who will drive online sales across marketplaces while taking full ownership of product listings, catalogue management, and day-to-day ecommerce operationsRole & responsibilities :- Manage and update product listings across Shopify & marketplaces (Myntra, NykaaFashion, Ajio, etc.)- Ensure accurate product content: titles, descriptions, keywords, attributes, pricing, images, and variants- Maintain catalogue hygiene: fix suppressed listings, errors, duplicates, stock mismatches- Coordinate with warehouse/supply chain to ensure correct inventory and smooth order flow- Monitor ecommerce KPIs: sales, traffic, conversion, AOV, and repeat rates- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, offers, and merchandising for growth- Share daily performance reports with insights and action plansQualifications & Skills:- 2- 3 years experience in ecommerce, catalogue management, or marketplace operationsPreferred candidate profile :- Strong working knowledge of Shopify + marketplace portals- Detail-oriented and comfortable handling large catalogues- Good analytical skills (Excel, dashboards)- Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams- Experience in fashion/beauty/lifestyle brands (good-to-have)- Knowledge of tools like Easyecom (good-to-have)- Basic understanding of SEO, PDP optimization, and performance marketing (good-to-have)Salary:As per industry standards (with incentives and performance bonuses) (ref:updazz.com)
