Sales Manager - High End Luxury Consumer AV Product Key Responsibilities :- Develop sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area.- Develop and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance.- Cultivate strong relationships with dealers, system integrators, AV consultants,- Architects, Interior Designers, high-net-worth clients /notable professionals/high profile individuals.- Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends.- Identify new market potential and regions.- Oversee in-store events and promotions.- Collaborate with marketing for effective promotional strategies.- Lead negotiations for high-ticket AV projects/ sales to dealer, collaborating closely with B2B and B2C consumers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.- Exhibit finesse and acumen in closing significant sales, contributing to revenue growth and market dominance.- Provide exemplary customer service, addressing client's needs, and ensuring lasting satisfaction and loyalty.Pre-sales Requirements:- Outstanding interpersonal skills and a captivating presence, well-suited for engaging with high-profile clients and stakeholders.- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to navigate complex deal structures.- Adept at understanding and communicating the value proposition of luxury product market.- Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software and MS office ( Excel, Power Point, Word).
