Role: Sr. Finishing Engineer Reports to VP-Projects Job Description: 01. Play a key role as part of the site management team, collaborating with various stake holders, including engineers, architects, and MEP team. 02. Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports and complete finishing works within the prescribed timelines. 03. Responsible for all finishing work at site. 04. Looking after all finishing work like masonry work, Tiling, flooring, painting, waterproofing, False ceiling, Wooden panelling, Facade work, Interior works, glazing, Expansion joint treatment, Including MEP works and Snag works. 05. Ensuring rectification of any and all defects arising during the DNP. 06. Verification of and recording work of the Finishing Contractor. 07. Verification and certifying of running bills and final bills of Finishing Contractor. 08. Taking care of all finishing works with proper supervision and good quality control. Desired Skills 01.
