- Develop, maintain, and optimize complex web applications using JavaScript and Angular (latest versions).
- Translate UI/UX designs into responsive, interactive, and accessible web interfaces.
- Collaborate closely with backend developers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-quality features on time.
- Apply best practices for code quality, including unit testing, integration testing, and peer code reviews.
- Optimize application performance, load times, and user experience.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers, promoting best coding and architectural practices.
- Stay current with emerging web technologies, frameworks, and trends to continuously improve development processes.
- Comply with all corporate and departmental privacy and data security policies and practices, including but not limited to, Hyland’s Information Systems Security Policy.
- 5+ years of professional web development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
- Expert knowledge of Angular (v8+), including modules, services, components, and RxJS.
- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous data handling.
- Familiarity with Git and version control best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- xperience with Angular Material or other UI component libraries.
- Knowledge of state management tools like NgRx.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows.
