Solenis has been recognized as a Best Managed Company for 4 consecutive years and was named as 2024 Best Managed Company Gold Standard Winner.RESPONSIBILITIES:Carry out all activities safely and maintain good housekeeping during the shift.Adhere to safety rules, PPE requirements, and ensure proper completion of work permits (general, hot work, confined space, and working at height) in line with EHS/RC requirements.Ensure correct hazard labeling across the plant, maintain compatibility in chemical storage, and strictly follow MSDS/Standard Work Procedures (SWP) before chemical usage.Comply with plant-relevant RC codes (Process Safety, Environmental Protection, and Organizational standards) and complete all associated checklists.Conduct periodic inspections of PPE, eye wash stations, safety showers, fire extinguishers, and other equipment as per RCSD procedures and guidelines.Report accidents and incidents promptly, participate in root cause analysis, and support implementation of corrective actions to prevent recurrence.Segregate and dispose of waste in accordance with defined procedures.Actively participate in departmental safety committee meetings, HIRA/JSA activities, and mandatory Basic Safety/RC training, ensuring timely compliance with EHS trackers and RC audit recommendations.Support the implementation and maintenance of management systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 45001, RCMS, Halal, NSF, and safety audits.Education Qualification/ Experience:Education: B.Sc. (Chemistry) or Diploma in Chemical Engineering.Work Experience: 6–7 years of experience in a chemical manufacturing plant.Preferred Location: Candidates from nearby industrial areas such as Ankleshwar, Bharuch, Dahej, Jhagadia, and Panoli will be given preference.
