Job Description: Implement, monitor, and evaluate the health programmes. This involves most importantly willingness to learn from the community, effectively managing and reporting on the health projects in line with the objectives and timeframe with a focus on strengthening, training and coordinating the Comprehensive Community Health Programme. Specific: Implementation of the Health programmes, Monitoring & Evaluation of all the Health programme data (Health centres and Field-based data of the organization). Maintaining the MIS of the organization Planning the monthly schedule of health programmes of the organization- field based activities and training including Malaria Control, TB Control, and MCH Programme Presenting quarterly and half-yearly reports about the health programme to the organization and to donor agencies Ensuring that the data that comes from the field is correct Ongoing training of the Field Animators in data collection, verifying that it is correct, data compilation, and reporting. Field supervision, surprise visits, and handholding support to the field animators Capacity building of the Field Animators by regular training on various topics Quarterly report to the Health Admin on the performance of each Field Animator Training of the Trainers of grassroots level workers, periodic evaluation of the training programmes and outcomes Working together as a team with all the clinic staff and other programme staff and supporting one another Interacting and coordinating with the District Health authorities and reporting to them Updating and improving your knowledge and skills Present quarterly reports to the core group with your findings, suggestions and recommendations Presenting monthly reports to District TB, Malaria departments, DPMU Proposal writing Reporting epidemic outbreaks and promptly doing the needful on such occasions mobilising the whole team and in collaboration with Government Your job also includes any other responsibilities and tasks that the Executive Director may ask of you Educational Qualification and Experience: Graduated from a recognized institute and having a Master's degree in Public Health or MSW in Public Health with 3-5 years of Experience in the Health Sector will be given preference. Program Management and Program Development skills Analytical skills, with the ability to use data to make informed decisions Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate with diverse audiences and facilitate meetings Experience in community health, public health, or related field Demonstrated ability to work with program partners and stakeholders Experience in project management and program coordination Experience working in rural communities is a plus Fluency in local language is a plus (Preferrable: Odia) Remuneration: 45000- 50000 based on Experience.
