- Location: Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore, Delhi, Kolkata, Pune (Hybrid)
- Lead end-to-end execution of M&A, private equity, and capital raising transactions, including financial modelling, valuation analyses, pitch books, information memoranda, and due diligence coordination with legal, tax, and technical advisors.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships across startups, scale-ups, and large technology enterprises, providing tailored strategic advice and identifying new business opportunities.
- Support and contribute to business development efforts by originating mandates, preparing proposals and pitches, and leveraging market intelligence and industry networks.
- Develop and maintain relationships with venture capitalists, private equity firms, and strategic investors; represent the firm at industry events and conferences to enhance visibility and deal flow.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, ensuring high-quality deliverables and promoting a collaborative, high-performance culture.
- Stay current on trends across SaaS, AI, cloud, fintech, and other emerging tech verticals, offering insights on market dynamics, investor sentiment, and valuation benchmarks.
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, M&A, or transaction advisory, with exposure to the technology sector.
- Strong expertise in financial modelling, valuation, and deal execution under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability in business development, including deal origination and relationship-building with investors and clients.
- Familiarity with deal structuring, term sheets, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases (e.g., Pitchbook, Capital IQ).
- Understanding of technology platforms (SaaS, cloud, digital infrastructure) and enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, HCM) is a plus
- MBA in Finance or Chartered Accountant (CA); CFA preferred
