- Ownership of End to End development and Delivery of BIW Systems
- Work with various stake holders to drive the strategy of BIW systems and their execution
- Ensuring key business inputs are considered and understood to drive the localization strategies and execution
- Supporting new programs with timely delivery of aggregates to meet the program expectations in terms of cost, quality and time.
- Supporting existing programs to meet ongoing cost optimisation, quality improvement and support with any delivery issues
- Develop the parts using latest Tooling technologies & Systems to meet the “First Time Right Products”
- Develop the Supplier Performance monitoring system for the aggregate of ownership item
- Develop Agreement of Inspection & Improve supplier Cost of Quality by optimising the inspection NVA.
