Establish new business by recruiting agents for FGII, developing and maintain relationship with them to get the best possible outcome. Responsible for providing periodical training to the recruited agents about FGII products and process. Maintaining records of sales and pricing; creating and presenting proposals; and controlling expenses to meet budget guidelines, among others.
