Job Description:Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement data migration strategies using Syniti tools (DSP, ADM, Collect, Construct, etc.).
Analyze legacy data and map it to target ERP systems.
Develop and execute ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
Create and maintain data load programs and migration templates.
Perform data profiling, validation, and reconciliation to ensure data quality.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to resolve data issues.
Document migration processes and maintain compliance with data governance standards.
Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
4–7 years of experience in data migration or ETL projects.
Strong hands-on experience with Syniti Data Migration tools.
Proficiency in SQL, stored procedures, and database management.
Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in global teams.
